*Managing a portfolio of audit clients across various industries, ensuring tailored and high-quality delivery
*Leading the planning, execution, and completion of complex audit engagements in line with UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards
*Acting as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance to clients on financial reporting and compliance
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
*Developing and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
*Ensuring audit engagements are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets
*Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, including cross-selling the firm’s services
*Supporting the firm’s leadership in the implementation of the overall audit strategy
