Category Manager - FMCG Beauty, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods
Location: Offices near Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey (hybrid: work from home 1 day per week)
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
*Shape and lead category strategies that drive growth and align with company goals.
*Provide clear structure and direction to internal teams, ensuring alignment on marketing campaigns and market trends.
*Develop and negotiate compelling price promotions to boost brand demand across retail partners.
*Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to unlock new growth opportunities.
*Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and product performance.
*Use data insights to proactively and reactively influence brand strategies.
*Deliver clear and impactful communication across the business.
*Share key brand metrics and insights to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making.
*Build and nurture strong relationships with retail partners and internal teams.
*Create and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns, working collaboratively to deliver results.
We’re seeking a candidate with:
*Previous success managing beauty, personal care, or consumer goods brands in the FMCG space.
*The ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive brand performance.
*Strong negotiation skills and experience designing impactful price promotions.
*Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships.
*A proactive and reactive approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
