Job Description:
Level 3 Nursery Nurse *Annual Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
*Location: Wandsworth, London

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join our vibrant team in Wandsworth. This role requires a passionate professional with a Level 3 qualification in childcare or higher. The position offers an immediate start with a competitive salary based on experience.
Day-to-day of the role: *Curriculum Implementation: Plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the needs of all children, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
*Child Development: Observe and assess each child’s progress, maintaining accurate records and planning next steps to support their development.
*Environment Management: Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
*Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to care and education, sharing best practices and supporting each other’s professional growth.
*Parental Engagement: Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback and involving them in their child’s learning journey.
*Safeguarding: Adhere to all safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring the welfare and safety of all children in your care.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in childcare.
*Proven experience in an early years setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
*Strong communication abilities, both with children and adults.
*Excellent organisational skills.
*Ability to work effectively within a team.
*A genuine passion for early childhood education, creativity in activity planning, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of care and education.
