Job Description:
Pratap Partnership is excited to collaborate with a prestigious global professional services firm to recruit a skilled Partnership Accountant. This pivotal role will oversee critical financial processes and controls, supporting partner-related finance operations across the organisation.
About the Role
As a key member of the Finance team, you’ll manage all aspects of partnership finance, including partner payments, capital, reporting, and HR collaboration. What We’re Looking For:
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA and CIMA)
• Experience in partnership accounting is highly desirable).
• Strong analytical and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute accurate, timely partner payments.
• Mentor and develop the Assistant Accountant, overseeing workflow and performance.
• Calculate profit shares, capital requirements, and other key metrics.
• Collaborate with HR and FP&A teams on remuneration data and reporting.
• Prepare annual financial statements and ensure precise account reconciliations.
• Liaise with banking partners on capital loans and financial facility updates.
