Role Overview
Are you passionate about retail, customer engagement, and cutting-edge products? Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager, where you’ll lead a team, inspire customers, and drive success.
In this role, you’ll assist the Store Manager in leading and developing the team to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll also contribute to marketing efforts, including events and social media, leveraging your creativity and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
*Achieve sales and KPIs through exceptional service.
*Develop product knowledge to confidently assist customers.
*Support team training, coaching, and development.
*Assist in scheduling and performance management.
*Manage stock, cash, and security processes.
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
*Execute visual merchandising to company standards.
*Support in-store events and social media updates.
*Maintain cleanliness and organisation.
*Uphold high standards of team presentation.
Requirements
*Flexible to work retail hours (including weekends).
*6+ months of supervisory or assistant management experience.
*Strong time management and interpersonal skills.
Desirable
*Experience in premium retail industry.
*Fluency in an additional language.
*Creative skills or an interest in social media.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000 - £30,000 per year plus bonus
