Description
*Plan and schedule preventative maintenance activities
*Coordinate with the engineering team to ensure efficient execution of tasks
*Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements
*Develop and maintain key performance indicators for the maintenance function
*Assist with the budgeting process for the department
*Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the department
*Manage relationships with external contractors and suppliers
Profile
A successful Maintenance Planner should have:
*Relevant qualifications in Engineering or a related field
*Experience with CMMS, SAP or Shire
*Extensive knowledge of industrial maintenance best practices
*Strong planning and organisational skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
*A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
