Job Description:
Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment Consultant Key Responsibilities: * Business Development & Client Management:
*Proactively generate new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
*Conduct client meetings to understand recruitment needs and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients, from vacancy briefing to candidate placement.
* Candidate Sourcing & Management:
*Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, headhunting, referrals, etc.).
*Match suitable candidates to client vacancies, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met.
*Provide career advice to candidates, including interview preparation, CV writing, and salary negotiations.
*Build and maintain a strong database of candidates, keeping in touch with top talent to ensure ongoing availability.
* End-to-End Recruitment Process:
*Handle the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client management, and offer negotiation.
*Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidates to clients while providing excellent customer service at all stages.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the recruitment database (CRM).
* Market Insights & Strategy:
*Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
*Offer insights and advice to clients about hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
*Continuously strive to improve recruitment processes, and contribute ideas to improve the team’s overall performance.
Recruitment Consultant Key Skills & Experience: *Sales Skills: Ability to generate new business and effectively negotiate with clients and candidates.
*Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence stakeholders.
*Target-Oriented: Strong results-driven mentality with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
*Time Management: Ability to manage multiple roles and tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
*Problem-Solving: Creative in overcoming challenges and finding solutions to meet client needs.
*IT Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
