Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a thriving business recovery and insolvency firm based in Doncaster. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your career in a fast-paced environment, working on a wide variety of interesting and complex cases.
Key Responsibilities:
*Take ownership of a portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, and Administrations, managing them from start to completion.
*Prepare statutory documents and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
*Liaise with creditors, directors, and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication.
*Conduct thorough investigations into financial records, company accounts, and director actions where necessary.
*Draft and review Statement of Affairs and other key case-related documentation.
*Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as legal advisors, accountants, and valuation agents.
*Ensure case progression is timely and accurate, keeping case files up to date using insolvency software.
What We’re Looking For:
*A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insolvency or business recovery roles.
*Sound knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
*Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and insolvency-specific software.
*CPI qualification or a willingness to work towards professional accreditation is advantageous.
