Digital Account Manager
-Manchester/Hybrid
-up to £40k+bonus
Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Manchester. They specialise in digital services across SEO, paid media, affiliates, programmatic and e-commerce. Their clients are in a variety of sectors including fashion, retail, e-commerce, sport and more.
Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to work across strategy and performance.
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:
*Manage several client accounts.
*Client retention management.
*Onboarding of new clients.
*Engage in client calls and meetings.
*Grow the accounts via upsells.
*Risk management.
Skills needed for the Account Manager:
*Full channel understanding across paid media, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, e-commerce.
*Agency background.
*Channel/technical expertise.
*Project management skills.
*Analytical experience.
