Cladder

£15-£18 per hour (D.O.E)
Monday- Friday 7am-5pm

Our Daventry based manufacturing client is looking for a skilled and motivated Cladder to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Installation of various types of cladding systems (metal, composite panels, insulated panels, etc.) on industrial and commercial buildings.
*Steel erecting, including the assembly and installation of structural steel frameworks.
*Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
*Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
*Use of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and fit cladding materials.
*Inspecting and maintaining tools, materials, and equipment to ensure they are safe and in good condition.
*Working at heights using scaffolding, mobile platforms, or other access equipment.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in industrial cladding and steel erection.
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
*Skilled in using hand and power tools related to cladding and steel erection.
*IPAF/PASMA certification (desirable).
*Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
