Our client is a well-respected business providing financial advice and solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. We are looking for an IFA Administrator to join their team and support their Financial Planners in delivering high-quality service to clients.
Responsibilities:
*Collaborate with Financial Planners to deliver outstanding service and manage the client advice journey
*Prepare necessary paperwork promptly for new and review planning meetings, ensuring a positive client experience
*Efficiently gather information on existing client products using Letters of Authority, prepare illustrations, and submit new business
*Monitor all business transactions, keeping clients and Planners informed throughout the process
*Handle existing client transactions, including withdrawals, top-ups, and fund transfers
*Manage proposition changes, rebalances, and other necessary tasks
*Identify clients due for review and follow established workflows
*Maintain accurate client records across various software systems
*Utilise task and workflow management system (IO) to ensure a seamless client experience
*Support Operations and Compliance functions by maintaining accurate information
*Adhere strictly to defined processes within the team
Experience Required:
*Experience of working within a pension or financial services administration role
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good IT skills and a working knowledge of MS packages including Excel
*Proficiency in IO would be advantageous
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
*Broad knowledge of the financial services sector and relevant FCA regulations
