Are you a quantitative focused research manager with experience in the Education sector?
The Company:
An independent Market Research agency who specialise in social research are looking for a Research Manager to join their team. They are ideally looking for a quantitative specialist with an understanding of how qualitative projects are ran in order to collaborate on mixed methods projects.
This role sits within their education team covering education, higher education, learning & skills.
You will benefit from working for a well-respected company who offer genuine development and career progression as well as benefits such as private healthcare, flexible working (2 days per week in the office) and enhanced annual leave allowance.
The Role:
*Design high quality questionnaires and guides.
*Produce insightful, in-depth and publishable reports.
*Produce thoughtful, creative and impactful presentations and deliver these to clients.
*Lead the efficient running of multiple projects through effective planning and prioritisation.
*Be the first point of contact for the client, proactively ensuring that clients are kept up to date.
The candidate:
*Experience conducting quantitative or mixed methods research projects from proposal through to presentation.
*A background in working within the Social and Education sectors.
*Previous experience working at Research Manager level within a market research agency.
*Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
