The Role The Paraplanner will work closely with 1–2 Financial Advisers and contribute to delivering first-class financial planning support. Key responsibilities include:
*Conducting detailed research and providing technical assessments.
*Preparing lifetime cashflow models, financial plans, and suitability reports.
*Participating in client meetings and offering clear, actionable advice.
*Managing complex cases and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Ensuring all work is compliant and reflects high ethical standards.
*Contributing to operational improvements and team success.
Ideal Candidate Profile *Qualifications: Level 4 CII Diploma in Financial Planning (mandatory), with advanced qualifications or Chartered Financial Planner status highly desirable.
*Experience: Similar technical role within financial planning.
*Skills and Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
