Our new Hamberley Neurocare home in Basingstoke will provide rehabilitation, recovery, and residential care for people living with complex neurological conditions.

What you’ll be doing:
*Operate efficiently and effectively to lead and manage the day to day running of the care home.
*Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to residentsEnsure the care home complies with all relevant legislation and is always of at least a good or equivalent standard as measured by the regulatory body.
*To act as a role model leading by example in attitude, behaviour and conduct.
*Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents’ needs and update care plans accordingly.
*Coordinate with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to provide holistic care.
Could you be part of our team?
The successful applicant will be/have:
*Registered Home Manager preferably with experience working in a neuro environment.
*Proven track record working successfully in a care home. (Elderly setting).
*Strong commercial acumen.
*Knowledge of CQC & Local Authority requirements.
*Excellent leadership skills
*Possess committed and organised approach.
*A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
