Job Title: Sea Freight Supervisor
Location: Larkfield, Kent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonuses DOE
Work Pattern: Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Role Description: We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sea Freight Supervisor to join our team. The Sea Freight Supervisor will oversee day-to-day sea freight operations, manage import and export processes, coordinate with customers, and ensure efficient freight delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily sea freight operations
*Manage import and export processes
*Coordinate with customers to ensure efficient freight delivery
*Ensure compliance with international trade regulations
Role Requirements:
*Minimum 2 years of ocean freight experience
*Experience in import and export processes
*Experience in customs clearance
*Strong customer service skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Knowledge of international trade regulations
*Background in logistics or supply chain 
Preferred but not essential:
*Experience using Descartes and BoxTop systems
