About the Job
This newly created role involves managing financial operations and reporting for multiple entities within the group. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and efficiency across all processes.
Duties will include:
*Posting daily financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
*Preparing and filing VAT returns.
*Reconciling bank, credit card, and other financial accounts.
*Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Creating draft financial statements, including trial balance, profit and loss, and balance sheets.
*Driving process and reporting improvements.
*Collaborating on various finance projects.
About the Successful Applicant
You should have at least one year of experience and hold a minimum of AAT qualification. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel are essential. A background in professional services is desirable but not mandatory. A full driving licence and flexibility to travel to other locations occasionally are required.
