We are working with an award-winning, national financial planning and investment management business that is transforming the way advice is delivered to clients. The Role
You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Wealth Operations to enhance digital transformation and improve the quality of financial advice processes, reports, and client engagement.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Template Creation & Maintenance: Enhancing templates to meet client needs, regulatory standards, and improve user experience.
*Process and Document Automation: Driving efficiency through tools like Smartflows, automating workflows, and ensuring consistent, high-quality advisory outputs.
*Collaboration: Working closely with paraplanners, operational teams, and stakeholders to standardise and innovate processes.
*Testing & Reporting: Ensuring robust, real-time reporting and seamless integration across systems.
What We’re Looking For
*Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) required; Level 6 qualification or progress towards it preferred.
*A tech-savvy individual with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and basic coding experience.
*Passion for driving change, improving efficiency, and delivering client-centric solutions.
