NJR Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established family run firm of Financial Planners who have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and pro-active Corporate Finance Administrator to join their offices in Leeds City Centre.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking for a career within the financial planning industry.
Daily responsibilities will consist of:
*Creating new client packs
*Input Fact Find details into client database
*Prepare and send off authority letters and send to client for signature
*Check all Anti-Money Laundering information is current and relevant checks have taken place
*Obtain Illustrations, application forms, key feature documents and other relevant supporting documentation
*Submit new business
*Track new business and current position, updating planner/paraplanner accordingly
*Prepare for client reviews
What do we need from you?
*Previous experience in a similar role is essential
*Good knowledge of pensions, investments and other financial planning products
*You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Solid communication skills and a good telephone manner
*Good attention to detail and an analytical mind
Our client is looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is self-motivated, efficient, and hardworking and has the ability to work within fast paced busy, professional and growing firm.
