Job Title: Senior Valuer/Sales Manager

Salary: up to £29,000(depending of experience)
OTE: £40,000

Our client, a reputable independent estate agent, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Valuer/Sales Manager to join their estate agency team. This role involves managing property valuations, overseeing sales processes, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the property market, excellent client relations skills, and shown leadership experience
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct accurate property valuations and provide professional advice to clients.
*Lead and motivate a team of valuers and sales staff to meet and exceed targets.
*Manage and oversee property listings, ensuring accurate information and high-quality presentations.
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
*Guide clients through the sales process, offering strategic advice and market insights.
*Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
*Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve business development strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in property valuation, sales, and estate agency management.
*Strong leadership and team management skills.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and social skills.
*Knowledge of local property market trends and legal requirements.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
