Job Description:
Based in a beautiful location in Henley-on-Thames, DB Charles Recruitment are working with an Accredited Medical Clinic to help them identify and hire a new Marketing & Social Media Executive.
The role is a super exciting opportunity for someone to make a real impact for the clinic & business on all things social media. They will be focussing on producing extremely regular content whether it be videos, posts, blogs etc across all forms of social on TikTok, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter & Facebook with the aim to grow the businesses brand presence and help spread the word about the awesome stuff they get up to. The role comes with additional marketing experience in organising events, managing partnerships and handling SEO leads.
Duties for the role will be:
*Managing social media accounts across all forms including TikTok & Instagram
*Producing and posting multiple daily creative postings, including videos & blogs
*Regular engagement with followers, comments & queries
*Producing a regular social media plan for the month ahead
*Being highly creative with posts and staying on trend
*Regularly organising of photos and interviews with staff to be used as content for future postings
*Working closely with social media editing apps and systems such as Canva
*Copywriting & proofreading
*Increasing social media presence, followers, and engagement
*Staying up to date with the latest social media trends
*Organising events
*Managing partnerships
*Account management
*Handling SEO leads
*Using analytics to monitor the performance of posts, aiding in future posts and engagement
*Researching and engaging with target audience
For this role the client is looking to see candidates / CV’s with the following experience:
*A career background within marketing, with a strong focus on social media
*Must be someone who is able to demonstrate living & breathing all things social media
*Marketing experience within the beauty & aesthetic industy is a must
*Able to demonstrate a working or personal background in managing social media pages and creating creative content
*Someone able to demonstrate a successful personal or professional Instagram / TikTok profile.
*Someone comfortable organising events
*Ideally someone with a strong sales ability
*Must be creative and organised.
*Ideas driven
*Excellent written English skills
*Experienced with apps & systems such as Capcut, Light Room & Canva would be highly beneficial
*Ability to commit to a permanent office based role in Henley-on-Thames, that will every so often regular outside of work hours commitments to events etc.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, full time office based from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The business are ideally seeking to pay a salary dependent on experience of anywhere between £30,000 to £36,000 per annum.
