Job Description:
We have a super role hot off the press for an Office Manager to work for a Funding Investments Company in Surrey.
You’ll be based five days a week in the office, which is based near Esher, Surrey, and you’ll benefit from FREE parking and lovely offices.
Due to the location, you’ll need your own transport.
The ideal candidate will have a Degree, preferably in Legal or Business.
Main duties
*Company secretarial tasks
*Deal with legal and financial documents
*Office management-Daily running of office, working alongside the CFO
*Travel arrangements for UK and overseas
*Organising board meetings-Prepare presentations and documents
*Communication-Both internally and externally
*Manage team records
*IT Support
*Deal with Mail and couriers
*Compliance administration
*Support company’s founding partner
*IT Literate with EXCEL
