Hemel Hempstead
12-Month Fixed Term
£28,000-£32,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Your role and responsibilities:
In this varied role, you’ll provide essential support to the Operations Manager and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also build strong relationships with both clients and internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP) from order receipt to invoicing
*Proactively organising service visits and scheduling engineers to resolve customer issues
*Ensuring stock availability to complete jobs efficiently
*Handling and resolving customer queries with a calm, solution-focused approach
*Collaborating with internal teams to address escalations
*Maintaining internal resources, including fire alarms, security and power systems
*Updating Sage with product pricing and customer account details
*Providing project support and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards
*Assisting internal sales support teams and liaising with clients on orders and call-offs
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
*Have experience in a similar operations or administration role
*Be highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
*Be comfortable in a proactive environment where problem-solving is key
*Experience with Sage and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is a plus!
