Management Accountant
Lowestoft

Keeler Recruitment are seeking a skilled Management Accountant to support a key business unit within a growing organisation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including budget holders, executive leaders, and external auditors, to drive financial performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with the finance team and operational leaders.
*Provide financial advice, reporting, and support for accurate forecasting and budgeting.
*Prepare and review monthly financial statements, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
*Deliver budget holder training to ensure accurate financial management.
*Support the development of efficient budgeting and reporting processes.
Person Specification
*PQ ACCA/CIMA or QBE
*Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
*Strong expertise in management accounting, financial systems, and Excel. Excellent communication skills to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
