Job Description:
Pay rate: £35 - 40 per hour
IR35 Status: Inside
Hours: Monday to Friday days, 40hrs per week
Status: Fully onsite-based, remote work in exceptional circumstances
Duration: 12 Months initially, extension possible

The Shorterm group has partnered with a leading automotive supplier near Warrington, and we are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Process Engineer to join their team. You will play a crucial role in developing and improving manufacturing processes & facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize manufacturing processes and facilities for a new vehicle architecture.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing and Design principles.
- Manage facility modifications and new installations.
- Support virtual and physical build events.
- Handle engineering change approval and PFMEA development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred.
