Job Title: Application Coordinator
Location: Addlestone / New Haw (Hybrid work pattern with 3 days onsite in the office)
Salary: £32,220 per annum, pro rata to an hourly rate of £16.75 per hour
Contract Type: Full Time (37 hours per week), Temporary - 18-month assignment
About the Role
Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, coordinator / administrator? This is a pivotal role where you will be involved in reviewing and authorising applications for medicinal products, liaising with internal experts and global regulators while ensuring compliance is adhered to.
As part of a dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the processing and monitoring of applications, ensuring that they meet established procedures and timetables. You will also provide high-quality customer service to the pharmaceutical industry and support colleagues across various departments. This role offers a unique blend of responsibility, problem-solving, and collaboration, in an environment where quick thinking and adaptability are key.
Key Responsibilities
*Book and validate various application types, analysing materials and making informed decisions on a case-by-case basis.
*Monitor applications to ensure compliance with established procedures, deadlines, and business objectives.
*Assess applications that do not require scientific review.
*Prepare and issue official authorisation documentation at the end of application procedures.
*Potential line management responsibilities.
*Undertake ad-hoc tasks, including compiling data, taking meeting notes, preparing reports or guidance documents, and assisting with project work.
Skills & Experience Required
*Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
*Knowledge of veterinary medicinal product authorisation procedures, or the ability to quickly acquire this knowledge.
*Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
*Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Good numeracy skills.
