Job Description:
Wise May are looking for an EA to join our client, a friendly and vibrant investment company based in the heart of the City.
Hybrid working, 09:00-17:30
Duties to include:
• Being the first point of contact for Partners
• Handling confidential correspondence via email & telephone, liaising with internal and external PA’s
• Preparing various documents including itineraries, PDF, updates and follow up information
• Managing & co-ordinating detailed diaries, schedules and travel for Partners and team members
• Organising UK/European and worldwide travel arrangements, i.e booking flights/Eurostar, hotels, and transportation
• Arranging various lunch/breakfast and client internal and external meetings
• Expense Management (Concur based)
• Help to arrange external Board meetings for Partners and their teams
• Joining weekly team meetings and following up on further actions
• Assisting with new starter requirements from recruitment to onboarding for their assigned teams
• Assisting with organising QPR’s for Managing Partner/s in house and in overseas
• Organising team strategy sessions inhouse and externally including team events
Skills
• Exceptional diary management and organisational skills.
• Experienced at maintaining strict confidentiality with the ability to handle sensitive information.
• The aptitude to build relationships across all levels of the business including senior management and executives, as well as external contacts.
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• The ability to multitask and prioritise an everchanging workload.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
