Job Description:
Customer Experience Partner
Cheltenham
£11.50 p/h
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to gain valuable work experience and make some extra income?
Look no further! We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join my amazing client’s team for a temporary position.
Key responsibilities:
*Liaising with customers via telephone and email offering a friendly and professional service
*Taking inbound calls from customers and helping with enquiries
*Scheduling appointments
*Passing calls on to internal colleagues when necessary
*Ensure files are uploaded to the database.
*Adherence to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
*High level of literacy and numeracy.
*Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
*Excellent telephone manner
*Previous customer service experience strongly desirable
*Good IT literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 programmes (Teams, Outlook)
