Job Description:
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading manufacturing company in their search for Systems Developer to work in Telford.
For the successful Systems Developer our client is offering;
*Competitive salary of up to £48,000 per annum D.O.E
*Monday- Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Fridays 08:30- 16:30
*Permanent position
*Company benefits include auto-enrolment pension.

The Role of the Systems Developer;
*Design, create and implement systems solutions to business needs
*Analyse and re-design existing business processes to ensure efficiency
*Work within a team to create and enhance technical and systems solutions
*Integrating systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
*Maintaining and supporting databases, systems, and platforms.
*Continuous improvement to ensure that processes and systems are optimised.
*Involvement with web development solutions
*Developing, updating, and maintaining technical documentation
*Other ad hoc duties, including specialised reporting.
What our client is looking for in a Systems Developer;
*Proven work experience as a systems developer or similar role
*Experience of end-to-end process improvements and design - ESSENTIAL
*In-depth understanding of relational databases, including Microsoft SQL server
*In-depth understanding of programming languages - ESSENTIAL
*Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
*Knowledge of front and back-end web systems- ESSENTIAL
*Ability to adapt to change and respond to emerging business requirements- ESSENTIAL
*The ability to think logically, problem solve and work well both independently and in a team- ESSENTIAL
*The ability to interact with stakeholders to establish what the problem is and manage expectations- ESSENTIAL
*Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- DESIRABLE
*Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science- DESIRABLE
