Finance Assistant
Falkirk (Hybrid)
£26,500
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Are you an experienced Finance Assistant with a background in credit control, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or other finance functions? My client in Falkirk is hiring for a permanent hybrid role combining remote and office-based work. They’re keen to meet candidates from all areas of finance who bring a positive, can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities:
*Allocating daily bank entries
*Reconciling daily credit card batches
*Processing cheques, supplier payments, and customer refunds
*Ensure strict adherence to cash policies to minimise errors

*Promote company values and objectives effectively
*Take ownership of personal development and present confidently to senior management
What You’ll Need:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a finance role
*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
*A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
