Job Description:
Exciting Opportunity in Refrigeration Engineering
We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in a pivotal role, focusing on planned and reactive maintenance across diverse locations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital team member, you will take the lead in service and maintenance operations across your designated sites. Your primary duties include:
*Prioritizing maintenance and repair tasks to meet established timescales and response requirements.
*Swiftly identifying non-repairable faults, providing detailed findings to the management team, and suggesting suitable replacements.
*Ensuring timely completion of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, with accurate and thorough documentation.
*Maintaining up-to-date technical and compliance paperwork at all times.
*Participating in an out-of-hours standby rota, coordinating cover during holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
*Responding promptly to service call requests, assessing job requirements, and conducting repairs as needed.
*Conducting surveys and completing reports as directed by the refrigeration supervisor/RFM.
*Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards in an efficient, cost-effective manner while complying with company Health and Safety policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, skills, and abilities:
*NVQ/C&G Refrigeration Based Qualification.
*Refrigerant Handling C&G 2079 or equivalent CITB certificate.
*Ability to read drawings and diagnose equipment issues.
*Strong equipment diagnostic and repair skills.
*Possession of a current full driving license is essential.
*Availability for out-of-hours working and participation in standby rota.

*Salary from £50,027
*45-hour week
