About the Company
An award winning international law firm are looking to hire a Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead the team and work closely with the business on a global basis to deliver the benefits and wellbeing strategy.
About the Role
The role will entail:
*Manage and administer London benefit and wellbeing programmes
*Work with the Global Director to design and implement the firm’s benefit strategy
*Propose new innovative benefit packages
*Liaise with third party providers
*Line management of two people
*Oversee programme of wellbeing events
*Work with communications to promote programmes
*Budget management
*Produce monthly reports
*Oversee UK and international payroll
*Manage relationships with stakeholders
Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a global reward function and an understanding/experience of running payroll. Experience of Peoplesoft is highly advantageous and you will have preferably worked in professional or financial services.
