Job Description:
Role – Senior Legal Counsel
Background – Corporate M&A
Salary - up to £100K plus up-to 30% Bonus
Location - Greater London
Working Pattern – Hybrid
Hours – Full Time Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an 6+ PQE Solicitor with a Corporate/M&A background to join our client in the aviation sector.
Candidate profile -
*You’ll play a key role in significant M&A work across the Group, so demonstrable experience of acting as the lead contact on corporate transactions.
*Support Head of Legal on the day to day running of the Legal team, providing tailored advice to business functions including Operations, Facilities, Strategy.
*High value contract negotiation up to £1billion.
*Act as part of business wider project teams to ensure the Groups supply chain is robust and delivering value.
*Provide support to senior stakeholders across the Group, ensuring decision making is made in a commercial fashion.
*Support junior team members.
Role Requirements:
*Minimum 6+ PQE in Corporate Law with significant experience of leading on M&A transactions,
*In-House experience from a previous role or on secondment,
*Finance experience would be desirable,
*Experience of working closely with C-suite stakeholders is essential.
