Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a customer focussed, Front of House Receptionist to work within a thriving business based in Bury.
The role will involve meeting and greeting clients and customers and making them feel welcome and answering a busy switchboard.
Full Time office-based role and will be worked on a rota: Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm and 9.00am-5.30pm.
SALARY: £12.20 per hour / £23,500 per annum.
Benefits: 25 days Holiday + Bank Hols, Pension, Healthcare, Free Parking.
The successful candidate will have a great character, simply love people and have a professional outlook and telephone manner. Someone with a real passion for service, attention to detail with a flexible approach to duties.
Skills & Experience
- Experience of working within a customer driven role
- Good at building rapport with new people
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Good IT and admin skills to support with some basic administration
- Use of a switchboard is desirable, though not essential
- Organising drinks and refreshments
- Booking of meeting rooms
