Job Description:

In this newly created role of People & Culture Advisor you play a key role in developing and promoting a coaching culture, fostering employee engagement and enhancing wellbeing across the organisation. Working closely with leadership and managers you will be focused on embedding best practices that support a positive, inclusive and productive workplace environment, contributing to employee development, wellbeing initiatives, and overall organisational culture.
If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards it, with proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role then we would love to hear from you.
Our client is based on the outskirts of Norwich and offers comprehensive benefits including: *26 days holiday per annum, plus bank holidays. This rises with each years service by an additional day, up to 7 extra days
*Have your birthday off as an extra days holiday, if it falls on your working day
*Membership giving discounts at hundreds of retailers and suppliers
