About the Role

Our client is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the smooth operation of their Facilities department.

This role involves working closely with colleagues, contractors, and external providers to deliver exceptional service, ensure compliance, and assist with sustainability and health & safety initiatives.
This is a hands-on role requiring coordination across multiple areas, including facilities management, ESG reporting, and health & safety.
Must-Haves
*Facilities Administration/Coordination: Proven hands-on experience, including use of CAFM systems.
*Finance & SAP: Proficient user with strong understanding of budgets, supplier setups, and expenses.
*ESG Expertise: Experience with ISO 14064 data analysis, reporting, and carbon reduction initiatives.
*Health & Safety: Minimum IOSH qualification, with solid understanding of compliance requirements.
*Business Insurance: Knowledge of renewal processes and handling claims.
Key Responsibilities
*Organise repairs, maintenance, and property management tasks.
*Manage front-of-house operations and outsourced providers (catering, cleaning, security).
*Support with day-to-day H&S tasks, including risk assessments and DSE compliance.
*Assist with finance tasks, including purchase orders, SAP processes, and budget management.
*Contribute to carbon reduction goals, including greenhouse gas reporting (Scope 1, 2, and 3).
*Support ISO 14064 accreditation and environmental initiatives.
*Respond to insurance-related requests and coordinate renewals.
*Help with office security and presentation, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
