Are you a customer-focused individual with administrative experience in a sales environment? ?? Do you possess excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding support to customers? ????
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our client’s team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answer inbound calls and emails from the central sales inbox, promptly resolving customer inquiries and processing their orders. ????
*Provide general customer support and process day-to-day orders efficiently. ??
*Liaise with other departments and be proactive in surpassing customer expectations. �?
*Support account managers in sourcing, creating quotations, and following up on sales opportunities. ????
*Assist in outbound shipments, booking collections for export customers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. ????
Skills and Profile Required:
*Previous administrative experience in a sales environment, handling inbound calls, and email communications. ??
*Strong organisational and planning skills, with good attention to detail. ???
*Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. ????
*Must Drive.
