Axon Moore are delighted to be exclusively partnering alongside a rapidly growing, hugely successful organisation based in South Manchester who are looking to expand an already high calibre finance function with the addition of a Finance Business Partner. Salary: £70,000 + 20% bonus + 10% pension + hybrid working

Location: South Manchester (2 days in the office)

Main Duties:
*Provide financial guidance and leadership to SLT, communicating financial implications and strategic decisions.
*Provide recommendations and offer insight through high quality analysis.
*Business Partner with the Finance Director and Director of Operations and Growth to support key decision making.
*Responsible for divisional P&L by effectively line managing one member of staff, coaching them to deliver best practice and support their personal development.
*Design and implement a high standard of monthly reporting (P&L, BS, capex, KPI’s).
*Finance lead for divisional appraisals ensuring evaluations of financially strong, achieving the strategic goals of growth.
*Foster a commercial mindset, looking at ROI as you investigate new and existing opportunities.
*Support the FD on M&A project work as required.
*Support the Head of Finance to deliver a transformation project for the organisations global capital program.
*Support the SLT in changes to the systems and Group Finance procedures to support the scale of growth and uphold a tight controls environment.
*Take responsibility for process improvement with a focus on automating reporting.
Person Specification:
*ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified.
*Strong experience working within a commercial, high growth environment.
*Experience working in a commercial/ advisory setting is essential.
*Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to seek out opportunities and create business opportunity.
*Experience managing a small team is essential.
*Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management skills.
*Strong Excel capability.
*Excellent communicator.
*Experience working in an environment with tight deadlines.
