Accounts Assistant
Salary: Up to £32,000
Location: Swaffham

Key Responsibilities:
*Processing invoices, ensuring approvals are in place.
*Maintaining accurate records and files
*Supporting with purchase ledger and purchase ledger
*Resolving accounting discrepancies and tracking accounts-related issues.
*Handling staff expenses and assisting with telephone reception cover.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
*Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
*Accurate data entry capabilities.
*Excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
*Ability to perform under pressure and use initiative to solve problems.
*Professional phone etiquette.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
*Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
*AAT qualification or a degree in Accounting/Business.
