Location: CRA Consulting, Broomhill, Sheffield
Hours: Flexible (e.g., school hours: 9:30am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday, or hours to suit)
Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)
CRA Consulting, Sheffield’s leading recruitment specialists, is seeking an experienced Administration and Reception Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. Based in the heart of Broomhill, our offices are ideally located near local amenities, with onsite parking available.

As our Administration and Reception Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and candidates, while also supporting our team with essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing front-of-house reception duties, including welcoming visitors and answering telephone calls professionally.
* Providing administrative support to the recruitment team, including data entry, document preparation, and file management.
* Coordinating meeting rooms and handling incoming/outgoing post.
* Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers as needed.
* Ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a day-to-day basis.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in administration and reception roles.
* Friendly, approachable, and professional, with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
* A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail.
