Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their well-established independent Environmental Consultancy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across various sectors such as Residential, Entertainment, Hotels, Healthcare, Industrial and many more.
Senior Acoustic Consultant Requirements:
*Degree in Acoustics and Noise Control or similar
*Relevant experience in similar role
*Experience in planning work, mechanical plant design and building acoustics
*Full UK Driving License
*Knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Technical minded with excellent maths skills
*Member of IOA
Senior Acoustic Consultant Duties:
*Planning and undertaking noise measurement surveys, sound insulation testing, and 3D noise modelling
*Completing technical reports
*Building Acoustics projects
*Undertaking data analysis
*Manage small and large projects from conception to completion
*Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders
*Support with business development
