Job Description:
iMultiply are delighted to be working in partnership with a fast-growing, innovative company in Edinburgh who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team. This is a fully remote role, ideally you will be based in Scotland, since the offices are in Edinburgh. Experience is important, but being a great cultural fit is essential. This is a temporary role with the view to become permanent for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee financial operations, including bank reconciliation, HMRC payments, salary management, profit and loss preparation, and budget tracking.
*Manage bookkeeping tasks, staff expenses, and sales administration, including processing orders, payments, and refunds.
*Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and board reports while maintaining cashflow oversight.
*Provide general business support and assist the CEO with additional duties as required.
Experience & Skills
*Proven experience in finance, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
*Accounting qualification or equivalent experience.
*Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
*Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach.
