Job Description:
Are you looking for a payroll supervisor role working for a well known organisation? I am delighted to be partnering with an exceptional business based in Watford. This role will be 1 day in the office and 4 days remote working with excellent transport links.
Key aspects of the position include:
The EMEA Payroll Supervisor, will be a part of the Global Finance Shared Services organization.
*Is responsible for processing the End-to-End payroll for EMEA countries weekly and monthly payroll
*You will also be a key contributor to our overall transformation on improving our current payroll processes.
*Driving payroll forward
*Participate in ongoing internal process improvements.
*Ensure accurate and timely processing of the Company’s payroll in EMEA countries.
*Payroll issues are escalated and resolved with root cause analysis and corrective action for all levels of employees and management, with a focus on ensuring a positive and seamless employee experience in partnership with HR Shared Services. Responsible for day-to-day oversight for issues and positive seamless
*Oversee the timely preparation, processing, maintenance and appropriate distribution of payroll information, payroll reports, all tax year end reports, payroll manuals and related payroll working instructions
*Establish partnerships with third party vendors to ensure effective service delivery
*Be a backup for the payroll team (end to finish payroll process)
The ideal candidate will have:
*Extensive payroll experience and have managed small team
*Experience working with a third party provider
