Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced store manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of a new luxury footwear store in Chelsea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in opening new stores, recruiting and training teams, and managing day-to-day operations.
This role requires someone with a proven track record in a luxury retail environment, with a keen focus on customer service and team leadership. The successful candidate will also be involved in recruiting and building the rest of the store team.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee the opening and operations of the new store.
-Manage and lead a team, ensuring excellent service and training.
-Handle recruitment and onboarding of staff.
-Drive team performance and ensure staff are properly trained and developed.
Experience Required:
-Strong experience in opening new stores and team recruitment.
-Previous managerial experience in a luxury retail environment.
-Excellent leadership skills and a passion for staff development.
-Ability to manage operational tasks including disciplinaries and performance reviews.
