Accountable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing, Deeside based specialist manufacturing organisation as they look to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance Team.
This is an office-based role.
This opportunity would be ideal for an ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified Management Accountant with previous experience of full Management Accounts preparation and experience with costs / costings.
Salary/benefits:
*£40-45,000pa + Benefits
*Responsibilities:
*Oversee accounts payable and sales processing
*Full production of monthly management accounts pack for review
*Detailed analysis of month end reporting with commentary on variances
*Experience of Invoice Discounting
*Cashflow forecasting
*Provide financial and stock control management support to senior management
*Mentor junior staff members in accounting best practices

Reporting to:
*Finance Director
Required Skills / Experience:
*- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
*- Proficiency in financial management and a good understanding of the manufacturing processes.(BOM, MRP etc)
*- Experience with accounting software Sage 200 or similar.
*- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and sales processes
*- Ability to conduct accurate financial accounting
*- Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior staff members
*- Excellent Excel skills
