Job Description:
Our client, a reputable leader in the manufacturing and engineering sector, is currently seeking an experienced Electro Mechanical Design Engineer to join their dynamic team in Pulborough. Key Responsibilities: *Producing and supporting the electro mechanical design of company products
*Creating assembly and piece part information
*Collaborating with Manufacturing to ensure designs and documentation minimise the risk of assembly error
*Generating parts information and parts lists within the company database
*Maintaining the company documentation system
*Developing system schematics, wiring diagrams, and schedules
*Providing 3D Modelling to the DCC team and others
*Supporting ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental requirements and improvement activities
Job Requirements: *HNC/HND or equivalent in relevant mechanical/electrical engineering discipline
*Proven expertise in an electro mechanical engineering environment or similar
*Proficiency in MS Office
*High proficiency in CAD and 3D packages for mechanical design (AutoCAD and Inventor are distinct advantages)
*Understanding of modern manufacturing techniques
*Knowledge in high voltage principles is beneficial
