ROLE 
*Advise a range of clients including investors, developers and corporate occupiers, on diverse and complex real estate matters. 
*Handle a broad caseload encompassing acquisitions, disposals, leases and development agreements. 
*Support clients on strategic land transactions and regeneration projects. 
*Work closely with other teams, such as Planning, Construction and Corporate, to provide a seamless service. 
*Take an active role in business development and client relationship management. 
REQUIREMENTS 
*A minimum of 2 years PQE with a solid background in Real Estate law. 
*Proven experience in handling complex property transactions. 
*Strong client management and relationship-building skills. 
*A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges. 
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
