We are looking for a Commercial Assistant with the ability to support with estimating and quotes to work closely with the Commercial Manager of this contractor specialising in the retail sector.
Location = Local to Hall Green
As a Commercial Assistant, you will:
*Provide accurate cost estimates for projects,
*Assisting with budgets and submitting tenders/quotes to clients.
*You will have commercial responsibility for a diverse range of retail projects
*Be a key contact for and work in collaboration with Project Managers, Suppliers, and Clients to ensure the best outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications: 
*Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
*Proven experience in a commercial support role
*Ideally within the retail or construction industry
*Excellent negotiation and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
