Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client during an exciting period of expansion within the business. We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis!

As an Operations Manager, you will:
*Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, creating a collaborative working environment
*Identify areas of improvement, driving productivity and high performance
*Implement time management strategies optimising team efficiency
*Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing performance plans where necessary
*Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and policies
*Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain standards
To be successful as an Operations Manager, you will:
*Be experienced in managing and running a team
*Have excellent time management skills and able to prioritise tasks
*Be an effective communicator with evidential experience in inspiring, motivating and influencing team members
*Demonstrate a solid understanding of process improvement methodologies
*Have the desire to progress your career with continued development opportunities from the business owner!
In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity!
