People Change Consultant needed in Chelmsford Paying £56,025 per annum Ref 18197
Full time time on a 12 month fixed term contract
Role Purpose: Drive large-scale change initiatives to support the organisation’s transformation ambitions. Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective collaboration and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide specialist change management expertise, advice, and guidance for large and transformational programmes.
* Use proven change management frameworks to drive effective change outcomes and embed them across various programmes.
* Manage complex conversations, presenting and explaining concepts while motivating and influencing stakeholders.
* Deliver practical and impactful change solutions by leveraging innovative thinking.
* Support the creation and implementation of change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communications, change impact assessments, and training.
* Work with organisational leaders to analyse and manage the change landscape, prioritising and managing change effectively.
* Evaluate the impact of change initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Develop and drive the organisation’s change capability strategy through coaching, mentoring, and role-modelling leadership behaviours.
* Participate in continuous professional development activities in line with CIPD standards.
* Contribute to the development of change practice communities and networks to share best practice
* Degree level education (RFQ Level 6) or equivalent experience is an advantage; CIPD or Change Management qualification (such as Prosci Practitioner, APMG Practitioner, Change Management Institute) desirable.
* Ideally knowledge in Change Management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
