Job Description:
Are you an experienced SAP user looking for an exciting opportunity to support a team and enhance user engagement? Our client, a leading player in the oil industry, is seeking a proactive SAP Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly guides and documentation for SAP processes, with a focus on Purchasing, Sales, and Finance modules.
Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Temporary, 3-6 months
Working Pattern: Full Time
Hourly rate: +£15 ph, depending on experience & negotiable
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop clear and concise crib sheets and how-to guides for SAP processes.
*Utilise your expertise in SAP to identify best practises and simplify complex processes for users.
*Collaborate with internal teams to align documentation with operational needs.
*Provide training support and guidance to end-users as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
*Proven experience as an SAP user, specifically with Purchasing, Sales, and Finance modules.
*Ability to translate technical system processes into easy-to-understand documentation.
*Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
*Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
*Experience in a similar documentation or support role is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
*Familiarity with SAP best practises and common business work flows.
*Knowledge of other enterprise software tools (optional).
Contract Terms:
*Competitive hourly/daily rate based on experience.
*Flexible working hours may be considered.
